Of course shipping delays can happen, but good communication reduces stress. A good store usually answers questions quickly and does not hide behind canned messages. Sometimes one good quality item is better than five very cheap ones. I think sharing honest feedback helps other buyers avoid the same mistakes. I try to look for real photos of the insoles and soles, not only the outside of the shoe.

I also like when stores show real photos without heavy editing or strange angles. When every picture has different colors or extreme filters, it is usually a bad sign. I also pay attention to return policy and customer service response time. Comfort around the heel and toes is more important than super fancy design.
